<p>신세계인터내셔널 관계자는 “모바일 소액결제는 신용카드 결제와 비슷한 구조이기 덕에 당사자가 계좌로 이체가 된다”고 전했다. LF몰 관계자 역시 “모바일 소액 결제는 다날, ISP/페이북 등으로 이미 결제가 된 부분이기 때문에 현금으로 당장 지급하고 있을 것입니다”고 이야기했었다.</p>
<p>전00씨가 당한 범죄는 스미싱이다.이 상황은 URL을 메시지로 보내 클릭하게 한 바로 이후 악성코드를 심는 방식이다.기관이나 지인을 사칭한 문자 메시지와 함께 웹페이지 주소를 보낸다는 점이 특성이다.이럴 때 개인 금융상식이 빠져나가거나 소액결제 피해를 입을 우려가 크다.</p>
<p>그러나 일부 불법 기업의 신용카드결제, 구글정보사용료, 핸드폰소액결제현금화 서비스 진행 시 개인 정보를 빼돌려 악용하는 스미싱 등 관련 피해 사례 역시 보고 되고 있다. 그래서 이용자들은 서비스 사용 전 피해 예방 수칙을 필히 확인하고 이를 준수해야 한다.</p>
